Pick up at a fair or market

Pick up on location means that you collect your order at the fair/market; we participate in fairs and markets in Belgium and the Netherlands several times a year.

With the “pick up on location” option, you do not have to pay shipping costs and can collect the order on site.

Please indicate in the comments section when it suits you best during the ordering process.
Pick-up is possible until 8:00 PM or on Saturdays.

You can also pay in cash at the door.

Shipping within the Netherlands:

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.

For products that fit through the letterbox, it starts at 2.20 euros up to 4.50 euros.
For packages, this is 7.50. Shipping for 2.20: these are often small items that we can place in a bubble envelope.

This shipment will be delivered by the postal carrier and usually takes 2 to 3 working days; in a small number of cases, especially during busy periods at PostNL, this may take longer.

Shipping for 3.70: these are often somewhat fragile items that we can place in a letterbox box.
This shipment will be delivered by the postal carrier and usually takes 2 to 3 working days; in a small number of cases, especially during busy periods at PostNL, this may take longer.

Shipping for 4.30: this shipment is sent as a letterbox package with Track and Trace.
This shipment will be delivered by the postal carrier and usually takes 2 to 3 working days; in a small number of cases, especially during busy periods at PostNL, this may take longer. Please note: In most cases, PostNL will indicate that the package will be delivered to you between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, as it is not possible to see how the postman walks his route. Shipping for 7.50; this shipment will be sent as a package with Track and Trace.
This shipment will be delivered by the parcel delivery service and usually takes 1 to 2 working days; in a small number of cases, especially during busy periods at PostNL, this may take longer.

If you choose this shipping option and you have small products, we often choose to send them in a letterbox-sized box. This gives you the advantage of faster delivery and allows you to track the package, without requiring you to stay home. Larger products and very fragile items will, of course, be shipped in a larger box.

There are special shipping costs for this, which are automatically calculated at checkout.

We are a Dutch webshop with our own stock. We aim to ship within 24 hours on working days via PostNL.

We also ensure that the product is shipped well-packaged.

Right of withdrawal / return

1 Customer has the right to dissolve the distance contract with PCF Electronics within 14 calendar days after receipt of the product, without giving reasons, free of charge. The period starts on the day after the Customer, or a third party designated by him in advance, who is not the carrier, has received the product, or:

• if Customer has ordered several products in the same order: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the last product;

• if the delivery of a product consists of several shipments or parts: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, received the last shipment or the last part;

• with agreements for regular delivery of products during a certain period: the day on which the Customer, or a third party designated by him, has received the first product.

  2 Only the direct costs for the return shipment will be borne by the Client. The customer must therefore bear the return costs himself. If these costs are higher than the regular postal tariff, PCF Electronics gives an estimate of these costs.

  Any costs paid by the Customer for shipping and payment of the product to the Customer will be refunded to the Customer when the entire order is returned.

  3 Within the withdrawal period referred to in paragraph 1, Customer will handle the product and the packaging with care. The Customer will only open the packaging and only use the product to the extent that this is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of products. The starting point here is that this inspection may not go further than that Customer could in a physical store. Especially for Customers acting in the exercise of their profession or business, products can only be returned unused in unopened packaging.

  4 Customer is only liable for the value reduction of the product that is the result of a way of handling the product that goes beyond what is allowed in the previous paragraph.

  5 Customer may dissolve the Agreement in accordance with paragraph 1 of the term set in this Article by sending the model withdrawal form (digitally) to PCF Electronics, or in other unambiguous manner to indicate to PCF Electronics that he renounces the purchase. PCF Electronics confirms receipt of that notification in the event of a digital report. After termination, the Customer has 14 days to return the product. It is also possible to return the product immediately within the cooling-off period referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, provided that the model withdrawal form or other unambiguous statement of withdrawal is included.
